Domaine de la Thiau

Situated between the Loire châteaux, the Centre-Loire (Sancerre) Route des Vins, Bourgogne (Pouilly, Saint-Fargeau) and Sologne, 150 km south of Paris (only 1 hour from Fontainebleau), between Gien with its earthenware factory (4km) and Briare with its navigable aqueduct (4km). 4 guest rooms are at your disposal in an attractive 18th century dwelling in the architectural style of Mansart, typical of the Loire Valley. The guest house is very close to, but independent of, the owners' house. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed in this park with its 100 year-old trees, 300 m from the Loire which is accessible via a private alley. Breakfast can be eaten on the veranda. The old furniture and tasteful decoration give a warm feel to these guest rooms with a traditional charm.
