The Loiret Departmental Tourist Board produces 17 pocket-sized guides, with the support of the Conseil Général du Loiret and technical assistance from individual municipalities and the Loiret Division of the French Walking Federation. These guides include all maps and information for a specific area, with clearly-marked routes for easy half or full day walks.
The guides include:
- 1 IGN 1:25000 scale map, with walking routes clearly marked;
- descriptions of the routes (ranging from 1 to 25 km);
- practical tips and tourist information.
